Xen LED light therapy is a gentle and non-invasive way to rejuvenate the skin, improve hydration, stimulate collagen and elastin production and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. The Xen LED is an effective tool for reducing inflammation from treatments such as peels, skin needling, cosmetic injectables and surgery to any part of the body.
Depending on the wavelength (colour) of the Xen LED used, different therapeutic results can be achieved.
415 nm – Blue – treating active acne and rosacea – anti bacterial and anti-inflammatory.
633 nm – Red – reduces inflammation, fine lines and wrinkles, recharges the battery packs in the cells, wound healing, muscle and joint pain, increases blood circulation, hair regrowth, skin rejuvenation.
830nm – Near IR – same benefits as the 633 nm but designed to penetrate darker skin types (Fitzpatrick 3 and above)
During a Xen LED treatment you will lay on the bed and the device will be positioned above the area to be treated. You will be required to wear specialized goggles as the light is quite bright.
The treatment will take approximately 15 – 20 mins as an add on to another treatment or 45 mins as a standalone treatment.
We recommend a course of treatments as the effect is cumulative and you will notice a greater improvement with each session. Depending on the individual skin concern/condition will affect the frequency of the treatments.
You will notice improvements for up to six months after you Xen LED treatments for skin conditions.
Xen LED Light Therapy treatment – $80
Add on to any other treatment – $40
